Leslie Coleman, President

hampton Human Resource Professional, with over 16 years experience. Leslie has served in a number of roles with major Fortune 100 companies. Previous HR roles consist of HR Advisor, FedEx, Director of Human Resources for Barnes and Noble, Manager of HR/Recruitment for Service Master and MCI as well as HR Generalist for Hilton Hotels.

Leslie serves a number of community organizations including Board Member for Memphis Challenge, Board Member for Workforce Development, Board Member for the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, Board Member/Vice President of Marketing for the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources, National and Local SHRM Member, National and Local Black MBA Member/Advisory Board Member, Advisory Board Member for the Loretta McNary Show, Executive Presentation Consultant for Dennis Kimbrough -World Renown Author of five major publishing's including, "Think and Grow Rich, A Black Choice," as well as publisher of research in the field of Educational Psychology and Research. If that is not enough, Leslie has added to her diligence- FBI Consultant/Trainer.

Leslie's community efforts expand to her embarking on a grassroots initiative entitled, "Operation Resume Rescue," September 4, 2005. Leslie created this non-profit organization as a way to assist the victims of Hurricane Katrina obtain gainful employment. As a business professional, Leslie, accompanied by other business professionals, understood the importance of providing an employer with a snap shot of previous work experience and organized efforts to meet the victim's needs by providing career coaching/counseling at shelters, churches and completing on-the-spot resumes at no charge.

Leslie has spent the majority of her career mentoring and loves every aspect of serving her community as well as educating her clients, cohorts and associates on the importance of personal and professional development.
