It is with deep sorrow that we announce the untimely passing of Rafael Dodd-Son, Brother, Father...Standing Board Member and one of the fearless leaders of the Memphis Chapter of the National Black MBA Association.

President, Leslie Coleman, remembers him best for always being the first Board Member present for meetings, and the last to leave! "Rafael exceeded barriers against all odds with his tenacious personality and drive to be successful! His dedication to the chapter, but more importantly his family, leaves a legacy of admiration for those traveling similar paths.

VP of Finance, Jason Spigner best described him..."Rafael did not see the limits of what he could do; he only looked at how much time it may take for him to reach his goal. Unfortunately, Rafael did not have time to see all that he wanted come to fruition, but in his passing underlies his greatness..."

Rafael thank you for all that you were and will continue to be in each of our hearts. May you rest in peace.
