FORUM 2020 was an event co-hosted with the Memphis Urban League Young Professionals. We would like to thank Christian Brothers University for sponsoring this panel discussion on a subject so critical to many minorities in the corporate realm.
Our initiative was set forth on addressing the future state of the professional community in the Memphis/Shelby County area by the year 2020. So often, many professionals migrate from Memphis to other markets, due to them seeking career opportunities or the perception of better career opportunities. Our goal wass to bring more awareness and dialogue regarding a cycle of talented professionals exiting our community; in addition to talent outside the Memphis/Shelby County area, many times not viewing Memphis as a viable market for their future.
This was truly an amazing event and we are thankful to all who participated.
