Leaders of Tomorrow

The Memphis Chapter NBMBAA Leaders of Tomorrow® (LOT) youth program mentors minority high school students who demonstrate leadership potential. With your help these young students will have the opportunity to attend the NBMBAA Annual Conference (to be held in Los Angeles, CA September 21-25, 2010).

The Annual Conference provides the opportunity for the students to enhance their leadership skills, discuss career choices with industry professionals and have the chance to network with successful corporate, civic and academic professionals. This makes a tremendous impact on their life choices.

The Leaders of Tomorrow® Annual Conference is a 5-day fall program where students focus on leadership skills, career development, personal growth, networking and entrepreneurship in a professional environment.

The cost for a student to attend this program is $1000 per student, which includes airfare, hotel, meals, ground transportation and conference registration.

In addition to feeding the pipeline for tomorrow's leaders, sponsors will receive:
